Description: Flat braided fabric heavy stretch knit elastic. Suitable for most craft projects as well as face masks, necklines, sleeves, waistbands, swimwear, and leg bands. This 3/8" wide elastic is lightweight, machine washable, slightly ribbed, and narrows when stretched. This item comes on a 90 yard spool, and is sold by the yard. Measures 8mm to 8.5mm wide x 1mm thick.
